Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from the True Blessyn LLC. webstore. Please note that your use of the True Blessyn webstore constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms.

Any personal information given to True Blessyn LLC will be protected. Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties. True Blessyn LLC site will secure your personal information provided when placing an order via PayPal secure site.
WHAT PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED?

True Blessyn LLC. accepts all payments through PayPal. Please ensure that you’re billing information and shipping information is accurate prior to confirming your payment.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We try our best to maintain product availability at all times, but occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. We cannot guarantee product availability and products. If at any point we are unable to fulfill your product request, we reserve the right to cancel your order and a full refund will be issued. Prior to cancellation of an order, we will notify all parties via email
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. You can always check the status of your order by signing into your PayPal account and then selecting the option order status/history. This screen will let you know if your order has been fulfilled, shipped, or if it is being held.

DELIVERY

Purchased items will be shipped within 7 business days of the order, but we try our best to ship orders within 3 to 4 business days. Once orders are shipped, please allow up to 5 business days for mail delivery for all orders shipped in the United States. All orders shipped internationally can take up to 10 business days for delivery. If you have not received your purchase after 2 weeks, please notify sales@trueblessyn.com. True Blessyn LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments.

PRICES, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES

For customers outside the United States, additional charges may apply depending on location. Please email sales@trueblessyn.com for additional information.

RETURN POLICY

Exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 7 days of receipt for domestic and international orders. Exchanged items must HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR DAMAGED, and with ALL tags attached and original packaging. NOTE: Shipping and handling and customs charges are non-refundable.

HOW DOES THE RETURN AND/OR EXCHANGE PROCESS WORK?

All sales are final. To refund a purchase or exchange an item, please email sales@trueblessyn.com. Include in your email the style number and specify why you are returning or exchanging your purchase. You will receive a response within 24 hours regarding your order. Refunds will be made via PayPal minus any shipping fees. All hand painted items is subject to a 10% restocking fee. The customer will be notified of this prior to processing your return item. Exchanges can be made for equal or lesser the value of the original product. NOTE: REFUNDS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON HANDPAINTED ITEMS ONLY EXCHANGES.
